Account, orders and support
We process your name, contact details, securely hashed password, profile and billing information, the identity number provided for payment, order and license records, project requirements, support messages and files you choose to upload. These records let us manage your account, prepare quotes, perform agreed services, deliver files and respond to your requests. For processing required to establish or perform a contract, the legal basis is Article 5(2)(c) of Law No. 6698. Required billing and statutory records rely on Article 5(2)(ç); records needed to establish, exercise or protect rights rely on Article 5(2)(e).
Security and collection methods
Forms, your account, orders, support tickets and email provide data directly. Connection information, request times, hashed IP identifiers and authentication records are generated while using the service. These help prevent unauthorized access and abuse, relying on Article 5(2)(f), subject to your fundamental rights. Do not upload passwords, payment card data, health records or unnecessary identity documents in support attachments.
Recipients and service providers
Authorized OZNEX staff access records for account, project and support operations. Hosting and email providers process the information necessary to store the service and deliver operational messages. Monthly service payments are processed through iyzico with 3D Secure. To initiate and verify a payment, your name, identity number, email, phone, billing address, connection IP address and order/amount information are sent to the payment service provider. Card details are entered on the provider’s hosted payment page; full card details and the card security code are not stored in this application. Payment and refund records, including any earlier PayTR transactions, are used to manage the relevant transaction and statutory record obligations. A domain or infrastructure request is not automatically a registration or activated service. Any necessary provider disclosure is explained during the relevant service process. Legally required records may be provided to competent authorities. No advertising data sale is performed by this site.
Cookies and connected services
The session cookie maintains authentication, the cart and form security until the browser session ends. The site_lang cookie remembers your language choice for up to one year. Blocking these cookies can affect sign-in and language settings. The application does not load advertising or third-party analytics scripts. App store links and video content involve external providers; opening a link or playing a video invokes that provider's services. These providers apply their own privacy practices and may process connection data abroad. A new optional tracking feature requires a separate notice and preference controls before use.
Retention and correction
Account and project records are kept for the service relationship and the applicable legal obligations. Support records are evaluated according to the request, its resolution and any legal claim; a deletion request does not erase invoices or records subject to mandatory retention. Requests for correction, deletion or restriction are handled individually after identity verification. Records no longer needed for an applicable purpose are subject to deletion, destruction or anonymization. Specific statutory retention requirements depend on the record and are evaluated when the request is handled.
Your rights and applications
You may ask whether personal data is processed and request information about its purposes, use and recipients; correct inaccurate information; request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions apply; request notification of corrections or deletion to recipients; object to adverse results based solely on automated analysis; and seek compensation for unlawful processing under Article 11 of Law No. 6698.
Send your request to the contact address shown above using the email address registered in your account, or through a written application or another legally recognized method. Include enough information to identify the request and verify your connection to the records. We may request proportionate additional verification. Applications are assessed as soon as possible and within 30 days; any legally permitted processing fee is disclosed where applicable. You retain the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority under the statutory procedures.

Product scope, license duration, additional options and delivery conditions are stated in the selected package and order. This privacy notice is not consent to advertising and does not replace the sales contract. Separate notices shown within our mobile applications apply to those applications. Material changes are published on this page; mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
