1. Scope and effective terms
This notice explains the terms of use and privacy principles for oznex.com.tr, its contact and support channels, and product pages linking to applications published by Selçuk Özkan. Your use of the site means that you accept these terms only for the features you access. If an application has a separate product-specific notice, that notice takes priority for that application.
Last updated: 23 August 2026. This notice is provided for transparency and does not restrict mandatory rights or obligations under applicable law.
2. Service provider and data controller
The site and portfolio content are managed by Selçuk Özkan. Where Selçuk Özkan determines the purposes and means of processing, Selçuk Özkan acts as the data controller. Privacy, data protection and terms-related requests may be sent to admin@selcukozkan.com.tr.

- Do not attempt to damage the site, servers or other users.
- Unauthorised access, automated attacks, malicious code, scraping that disrupts the service, and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.
- Contact and support forms must contain accurate, relevant and lawful information.
- Do not submit another person’s personal data, images or documents without authority.
- Do not submit illegal, threatening, discriminatory, misleading or rights-infringing material.
4. Applications and third-party platforms
Application pages may show development status, version, supported platforms, technologies, screenshots and store links. App Store, Google Play, GitHub, YouTube and other external services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We may not control their availability, content or data practices.
Features, dates and visuals for products in development are preliminary and may change for technical or product reasons. If a paid product, subscription or in-app purchase is offered, price, payment, cancellation and refund information will be shown before the transaction.
5. Intellectual property
Software presentations, text, interfaces, graphics, animations, logos and other site content belong to their respective rights holders or are used with permission. You may view them for personal and informational purposes. No right is granted to copy, republish, sell, reverse engineer, create commercial derivatives or use content in a way that suggests an unauthorised brand relationship. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
6. Personal data categories
Depending on how you interact with the site, the following data may be processed:
- Identity and contact information such as name, email address and telephone number.
- Request content such as subject, message, selected application, device details and support descriptions.
- Attachments that you choose to upload, limited to supported images and PDF files.
- Security and technical data such as connection/IP information, timestamps, session and error records, and limited browser/device data.
- Preferences such as language selection and essential session choices.
- Application data described in the relevant app-specific notice, such as version, crash, performance or support records.
Please do not submit sensitive information or unnecessary third-party data through forms or attachments.
7. Purposes and legal bases
Data may be processed to respond to requests, provide technical support, prevent abuse, secure and troubleshoot services, improve quality, comply with legal obligations, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Depending on the activity, processing may rely on contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests, legal claims or consent under applicable law. Where consent is required, it will be requested separately and may be withdrawn as permitted by law.
8. How data is collected
Data is collected electronically when you complete a contact or support form, upload a file, send an email, use the site or an application, or when security logs are generated automatically. Optional fields may be left empty, but a request may not be completed if the contact information needed to respond is not provided.
9. Sharing and service providers
Personal data is not sold or shared for independent advertising. Limited data may be provided to hosting, email, backup, security, error-monitoring or application-store providers where necessary to deliver the service and subject to appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. Disclosure to public authorities occurs only where required by law or a valid request. If a service requires an international transfer, applicable transfer conditions and safeguards will be followed and additional notice or consent will be obtained where required.
10. Cookies and local storage
The site may use essential cookies or similar technologies for secure sessions, language preference and core functionality. If non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are enabled later, their purpose, provider and preference controls will be disclosed separately. Browser settings can remove or block cookies; blocking essential cookies may affect sign-in, form security or language selection.
11. Retention and deletion
Data is retained only for the time needed to fulfil the relevant purpose, resolve a request, maintain security and meet legal requirements. When processing grounds expire, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised using appropriate methods. Support and contact records are reviewed periodically. Records needed for an ongoing dispute, security review or mandatory retention obligation may be kept with restricted access for the necessary period.
12. Security and uploads
Measures such as HTTPS, access control, secure sessions, request validation, file type/size checks, logging, backups and server security controls are used to reduce unauthorised access, data loss and abuse. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free. If a security incident is identified, response and notification processes required by applicable law will be followed.
Uploaded files should not contain passwords, financial details, identity documents, health data or third-party data that is unnecessary for the support request.
13. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether your data is processed, request access and information about processing purposes and recipients, request correction, deletion, destruction or anonymisation, object to certain automated outcomes, and seek available remedies for unlawful processing. Requests may be sent to admin@selcukozkan.com.tr with enough information to verify identity and the relationship to the request. Additional verification may be required for security, and requests will be handled within applicable procedures and time limits.
14. Children’s privacy
The site is intended for general portfolio and support use and does not knowingly target children for personal data collection. If you believe a child’s data was submitted without authority, contact us for review and deletion. Age ratings and parental controls for an application may be shown separately on its store or product page.
15. Availability, liability and changes
Reasonable care is taken to keep the site secure, accurate and available, but maintenance, technical faults, third-party services or events beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions. Subject to mandatory law, informational portfolio content is not a guarantee of a particular outcome.
This notice may be updated for new features, applications, providers or legal requirements. Material changes will be published here with a revised date. The latest version is always available through the “Terms & Privacy” footer link.
