One-time project development
Packages cover the fixed scope stated on the package card for a one-time fee. Each order covers one project package; there is no subscription, renewal or automatic card charge. The cart displays the net fee, VAT and total before payment. Extra features, licences, hosting and third-party costs require separate approval. Estimated schedules start after the required materials and scope are approved. Delivery includes 30 days of in-scope defect fixes; additional development is separately agreed. Online card payments are currently unavailable. Existing contracts retain their original agreed terms.
Parties and scope
The provider is the registered Oznex Studios company identified below. The customer’s identity, address, contact and billing details are recorded in the project-specific proposal and contract. This page sets out the general conditions for custom mobile application and software development arranged remotely. Consumer protections apply when the customer acts for non-commercial, non-professional purposes; mandatory law takes priority.
Service and project documents
The accepted proposal specifies the application or software, features, platforms, design and revision scope, milestones, delivery method, completion date, support period and licence or source-code rights. Services outside that scope, third-party subscriptions, hosting and store account costs must be identified and priced separately before approval. No unspecified feature, perpetual maintenance or guaranteed store approval is included.
Price and payment information
Before a contract is concluded, the customer receives the full agreed price including applicable taxes, any additional charges, payment schedule and accepted payment method in writing or on a durable medium. Any additional payment requires express agreement. A quotation request does not place an order or create a payment obligation. Online card payments are currently unavailable. VAT is itemised and included in the displayed payment total. A card-use surcharge is not added. The displayed amount is the complete fee for the selected package scope.
Formation and confirmation
The project-specific pre-contract information and contractual terms are supplied before the customer is bound. Scope, total price, timing, withdrawal conditions and the payment obligation are made explicit before acceptance, and the agreed documents are provided on a durable medium. This public information page alone is not a completed contract for a particular customer.
Performance and delivery
Work proceeds in accordance with the approved scope and schedule. Customer materials, access permissions, reviews and any changes are recorded in the project process. Digital delivery and review follow the agreed method. Changes to the scope, price or completion date require agreement; mandatory remedies for failure to perform are preserved.
Withdrawal and refunds
Consumer service contracts normally carry a 14-day withdrawal period from formation. Early performance requires separate express approval following information about the withdrawal consequences; general acceptance alone is insufficient. Detailed notice methods, statutory exceptions, refund timing and an example withdrawal notice are on the Delivery and Returns page. Statutory rights concerning defective service remain unaffected.
Rights in deliverables
The proposal and contract define the permitted use of delivered software and whether source code or other rights are transferred. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licences. The customer must be entitled to provide the content and materials used in the project. No broader transfer of intellectual property is implied by viewing a package.
Support and disputes
Send service issues, cancellation requests and complaints to the support email or registered address below. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee within the current monetary limits or to Consumer Courts, subject to applicable mandatory mediation requirements. The competent bodies may include those at the consumer’s place of residence or where the transaction occurred. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
